Is this CPU compatible with this Mobo???!

Hey I was wondering if this these two components are compatible with each other:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+

Mach Speed MK8-939A Motherboard

The reason I'm not sure is because the Motherboard says this:
"supports AMD Athlon 64/FX/X2 processors up to an astonishing 1GHz bus speed" , and the AMD Athlon 64 3800+ has a bus speed of 2000Mhz. So will they work together, and will I be able to use all of its potential?

PS. I will be using PC3200 ram

If you do get that mobo, be careful.. I have heard very bad stories about those type of board failing due to the supposed support for both types of Video.. most of them will default in AGP and finding driver that do not freeze are the biggest issues I have seen. I would suggest a mobo that does what card you need...

But yes to answer your question... the CPU work with that board.
