Which CPU Is Better? (Laptop)

Hey, looking at a new laptop and theres 2 different onces exactly the same however they have different cpu's. One is an "AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core TL-56" and the other is a "Intel Core 2 Duo T5300". If i could get some advice on which one is better it would be great. i can link to the laptops if needed.

T5300 is 1.73GHz

TL-56 is 1.8GHz

But core 2 performs much better per clock, and that why T5300 is better
