Definitely, that is not a major brand as such, and I feel that the MSI is still a much better mobo.

That's called a chipset. On every model of motherobard they use a different one.

Well since your looking for a SLI board the only one you could get would be Nforce4 SLI. If you don't want a SLI board an Nforce4 Ultra would be the best and then just a regular Nforce4.
