Default couple questions

ok, so i wanna make a computer to have at my aunt's house, nothing amazing, just something to have around the house, for normal everyday tasks.. with very little gaming(most demanding game will be counster-strike). But I am having trouble deciding what parts to get..

1. I'm looking for a 19" inch moniter, ive been looking at newegg but i keep see'n mixed reviews on every moniter, what moniter would you guys suggest?

2. Motherboard- whats a cheap but good mobo- that has agp slot(s)

3. Power Supply(24 pin to match the mobo?)- im looking at the antecs and thermaltakes, but im not sure which one to get, dont need anything over 450W

BTW- the cpu will be venice 3200+ and the vid car is a eVGA Geforce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X
