PC3200 is DDR. You can tell if its DDR2 because the name would be PC2xxxx

Oh like DDR3 Ram at 1066mhz and DDR2 Ram at 1066mhz. Yeah I get it now, just took me a while to realize it.

So that means its DDR ram clocked at 533mhz.... not too bad for DDR.

PC3200 is 200mhz dude. But it is 400mhz effective. If your BIOS reads more than that then you are either not running PC3200, or your ram is overclocked.
