Default which core 2 duo cpu?

I just bought a gigabyte ga-965p-ds3 motherboard and a 550W psu. Also i might get 8800 gtx or a gts but i need a quick help of if it is better to buy e6300 or e6400? i notice the change is only the clock speed but i know they both have good overclocking capability so any of u know?

Get the e6320, and overclock the **** out of it. The e6320, has 4mb cache, and is basically the same price as the e6300, which has only 2mb cache.
