Lightbulb Cooling/Heatsink question

I'm about to overclock my AMD Athon 64 X2 4000 Brisbane (AM2) and trying to to decide which cooler is good and if it will fit in a Mid Tower case.

Here is my selections i was looking at:

The Tuniq is better of the two, but bigger. As for fitting, it would probably be close. Only way to tell is to break out a ruler.

Do not get thermal adhesive. Thermal paste or grease is what you want.
