Default Considering going from a AMD 2600 to a 3200

Im considering upgrading from a AMD 2600(2.97 ghz) to a 3200.

Will I notice a big difference?
Will this make playing games or just general surfing better?

Any other info would rule. I think newegg has it for like 200 bucks shipped.

Mine is a 32-bit and the 3200 is a 64 bit which means I cant upgrade without a diff mobo right?

Is there anything else i can do for faster speed?

AMD 2600
MSI mobo
1.5G DDR 400
geforce 6800
WD 80g hd
450w psu
bling blue fans

You won't notice much of a difference, not really worth it.
