I do not think there is anything wrong with pushing the fans to 100%, only thing I could really think that may go wrong is cutting off a bit of the lifetime, but I have never heard of the computer living longer than the fan (at least not unless it is 5+ years old).

And yes, the noise will be louder.

Don't worry about that. I think most have a 30k hr lifespan. By that time, you would have a new computer already. My fans are 100% 24/7 for more than a year...nothing happened.
