Connecting Front Audio to 6 channel header

[Conditional Zen]

I'm trying to connect my front audio to my mobo headers, but I can't seem to get it. I have a Soltek SL-75FRN2-L board which has the following pins:

LFE-out
GND
Center-out
Gnd
Surround-out-R
Gnd
Surround-out-L
Gnd
Jack-Detect
(void)
SPDIFI
Gnd
SPDIFO
Gnd

The case has these leads:

L-IN
L-OUT
GND
MIC-IN
R-IN
R-OUT
MIC-IN
GND

I just want to be able to a headset (phones + mic) into the front, but if this can't be done, headphones will be better than nothing.
