Default Computer upgrade

I want to make my computer better, using that parts I have and ones I will buy. The only thing I'm unsure about is the power supply. What would be best?
I have on my wishlist: - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM - Foxconn 6150K8MA-8EKRS Socket 939 NVIDIA GeForce 6150 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail - EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail - AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 2.4GHz 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor - OEM

I like Thermaltake although I'm no psu expert. More pressing, why are you only getting a socket 939 system? AM2 is the new AMD standard and it's all the same price. I'm sure you're trying to reuse your old ram but DDR2 onlys runs about $35 a gig for valueram. There's no point in trying to save a couple bucks by going for outdated tech. It's better in the long run to get the new stuff.

If you can build an AM2 setup with the same power for roughly the same price, then go ahead.
and by roughly, I don't mean about 100 dollars, I mean about 20 dollars.
