Default computer specs

well, im on a budget and I need a computer. I have about $750 to spend and shipping. Im not a hardcore gamer but i play battlefield 2 sometimes. hows this setup?

eVGA 6800GS 256MB
Seagate 120GB
APEX Computer case w/ 350W PSU
BELKIN Optical Mouse
Kensington Small Keyboard
Kingston ValueRAM 1GB (2 x 512MB)
Black 17" 8ms LCD Monitor

Well I'm not to crazy about the motherboard or the power suppy. Are you going to be overclocking at all?

Yea the motherboard and PSU are the only problems. reggie suggested a pretty good motherboard and here's a great PSU for the price, remember it's not all about wattage
