Question: Computer is Blank whenever Desktop startups?

Windows Xp Home Premium (Old Computer)
160GB Hard Drive (New Hard Drive)

What could be the Problem??

The problem with making an ill advised suggestion is that it can cause more damage than good. How would you like it if someone gave you a suggestion that caused you more harm and only compounded the issue. If you dont know, dont post. Simple as that.

Thanks for the suggestions, but here are somemore details If I wasn't specifique enough.

Windows Home Premium(2003)
160GB Western Digital Hard Drive(New One)
60GB Hard Drive( Old One)
No idea If I have a Built in Video Card, it was working before but then the next time I turned it on it wouldn't show anything the monitor would try & detect it but then would say ( Monitor going to sleep) So was unable to go into safe mode
