Entirely depends on the part, and how long that part has been out, and also how long it is until the next generation of parts is released.
Usually computer parts get a big drop in price when (and a few months before) the next generation of parts is released, most notably with GPUs and CPUs. They slowly trickle down in price from their release until this big drop in price, maybe by 2-3% per month, though it entirely depends on the manufacturer of the component(s), and the sellers.
Why do you ask? If you're thinking of waiting until stuff drops in price, you'll be waiting forever. Computer parts are always getting cheaper and new stuff is always coming out.
