The 7300gs sucks, for $99 you can get an x1300pro which blows it out of the water:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102640

or you can get a refurbished one for $78:

AMD Sempron 64 2600+ s754
MSI K8NGM-V Socket 754
G.SKILL 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400
NEC Black IDE/ATAPI DVD Burner Model ND-3550A - OEM
Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 3.5" Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM
Antec Solution SLK1650B Black Steel ATX Mini Tower Computer Case 350W Power Supply

That's a pretty nice little budget build.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the Radeon only came in agp and pci not PCI-E.

Only thing, is I would get the sempron 2500+, because it has 256kb of l2 cache, and the 2600+ has 128kb. The 2500+ can easily be overclocked the 100 or 200mhz to bring it up to speed or even faster than the 2600+.
