Computer Build Compatibility

The motherboard supports "Quad-core / Core 2 Extreme / Core 2 Duo / Pentium", and your CPU is among that, so you're good.
The motherboard supports "8GB" and you want to install 4GB or Ram, so you're good.
The motherboard supports "PCI Express x16", so it will support your 8600GT, and it will downgrade your HD3850 (they're backwards compatible but don't perform as well).

That's the best I can do, but it seems that all works. I'm not qualified to say whether the power supply will power it all, but it seems like you'll be alright.

make sure you have 64 bit OS

HD 3850

do you really want a power supply unit (PSU) that comes with the case? usually they are crappy
if they fail, they have a chance of taking out your whole system with it, something to think about.

HD- do you really want a crappy HD?
the place where you store all your stuff on? photos, music, games saves and porn?
c'mon now...unless you like to re-install your OS and all your programs for fun.

I have a question about the memory

Newegg.com - CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

will it still be possible to run 32bit instead of 64bit? one or the other? What about dual booting? For example Windows XP Pro 32bit and Ubuntu Linux 64bit.

If not recommend memory for 32bit system please.

and the Case

Newegg.com - RAIDMAX Sagitta 2 ATX-928WBP Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 450W Power Supply - Computer Cases

whats the difference with the above and this one?

Newegg.com - Antec earthwatts EA430 430W ATX12V v2.0 Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, FCC, TUV, CE, CB, C-tick, CCC - Power Supplies

and knowing that the PSU can ruin the whole system what do u recommend for me to get? I'm not sure about the power supply units. My first computer build. I don't want it to be ruined.

recommended case and psu? price limit below $100

Thanks guys for your help. I appreciate it =] Thanks in advance again.

32-bit systems can read only about 3GB (up to 3.5 GB in some lucky cases). I don't know if there are any recommendations not to use more than 3GB or memory except for you're throwing money away, since your OS can't use the memory you purchased (2x1GB is significantly cheaper than 2x2GB).

As for the cases, the first one is a case with a power supply, and the second one is just a power supply. Given that the second link (the power supply only) is $60, find a $40 case if you want to keep the price limit under $100. Otherwise, this is a nice case without a power supply, and it's reasonably priced:
