aright i have been reading around and this is what i got so far i do not no much about the PSU so could ya kinda give tips are how many watts i need

That motherboard you chose is not compatible with Core 2 Duos.

It's not how many watts, anymore. It's more about how many amps, and this one, I suggest, has plenty of it:

You might want more memory, 8800GTX, and a DVD-RW if your budget allows.
