Default computer backup

I am building a small server for a business and was thinking about dvd backup rather than tape backup. Is there software out there to run backup onto a dvd rather than tape. Like that you can program to run at a certain time say after hours.

the only program you would use is NERO. It comes with most dvd burners, and works great! Just dont use Roxio, you'll regret it...

there are actual programs like what you want unfortunately i can't name any . although i think nero's "back-it up" can be programmed to burn a dvd backup at a particular time.
