A 250W is supposed to power that? good grief..

Don't skimp on a PSU. get this: Newegg.ca - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

A 520W should be fine for it.

On Medium at best. That is a mid-range GFX.

Medium settings are fine. I played SC2 on my 8800GTS at medium settings. It was not much different than my 5770 playing at ultimate.

Buy this one instead then... Newegg.ca - iBUYPOWER Gamer Power 567D3 Desktop PC Phenom II X4 925(2.8GHz) 4GB DDR3 1TB HDD Capacity ATI Radeon HD 5570 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

You'll be able to overclock it, and it has as 480W psu.
