Yes it is all compatible, but i would change some things.

Dont buy a pre-overclocked GFX card: get this one instead it is by the same brand just not 'golden sapmel'

(better than AS-5)

Ditch the 650i and get this mobo:

It is a monster ovaclocka and it is penryn compatible.

I would also get a samsung hard disk aswell.

It's for someone who doesn't like overclocking so I will just buy the preoverclocked one and add that new mobo and PSU

I prefer Seagate or Maxtor, never had any problems with them.

Toshiba(2) and Samsung(1) I have had which failed.

TBH I would prefer to buy the non-OCd one and not OC it rather than buying the pre OCd one.
