If I was too build this PC, would everything work and be compatible?

it appears to be compatible, but i would go with a different psu. i would say maybe this one:

that hard drive is a blue variety. You would probably be better off to get the black version for better warranty and performance.

i dont think ive heard of novatech before for ram and gpu.

I think Novatech is a UK branded company. Do not get that PSU. It is probably just a cheaply made one.

RAM is RAM, seriously. I bought high and low. They both worked fine.
