Compatibility Question - First Build

I am going to build my first pc. I go to heald college for IT and i have a tech job, i just never got around to building my own, so i have one question, are all my components compatible? It is a budget pc and if you have any suggestions or better deals please say so, i would appreciate it. But as far as my knowledge goes, this computer should work. Another thing, should i get a video card if the motherboard comes with one?

You don't need a $20 DVD burner. The $10 ones work just as well. I ordered several of them over the years.

You want to get an aftermarket heatsink. On a budget such as yours, people reccommend getting this one: Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU Cooler
Need paste as well. I use MX-2, but others will have their own views.
