Yup, that's all compatible. Though you won't need to buy a SATA cable, the motherboard will come with at least two or three.
I would recommend getting a Q9*** series CPU instead of a Q8*** CPU, or if not Q9 then at least get something like a Q6700. Basically, try not to get a Q8 series CPU.
