Default CNPS9500 in mid-tower...

I'm thinking of getting a CNPS9500, and was wondering, can it fit in my case? It's a mid-tower:

just measured it for you...it sits about 5-6in(5 1/2 looks like) off the processor. width is about 3 1/2 in.
