Default CNC computer for my dad

My dad is making a CNC computer. He needs a microATX board, CPU, RAM, and video card. The motherboard needs a parallel port ( old printer port). The minimum requirements for the software is a 1ghz CPU so were looking for something cheap.

Thanks for the help.
