Default Cmos Battery Replacement


Rebuilding an old computer to make it into an Mp3 Jute Box. So i look over the mother board and notice that there was no battery. So I Order a new CMos battery from and not i'm just wonering if there is any thing that i could have done something wrong or is it possible that they sent me the wrong battery? The machine at the moment is not booting up. any suggestions?
