Default Christmas Upgrade!

I want to upgrade my system a bit, but need help in where to upgrade the most.

This is my current setup

Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - Newegg.com

GPU: Newegg.com - Refurbished: EVGA 04G-P4-3673-RX GeForce GTX 670 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2500 BX80637i53570 - Newegg.com

Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory Model CML8GX3M2A1600C9 - Newegg.com

Is there any upgrades that would be nice to do? I am mostly leaning towards the CPU to an i7, but I am not sure. My budget is around 250.

IMO, your system looks pretty good, is there a specific reason you want to upgrade?

Yea seriously you should be good man. I would say if you don't have an SSD, get one.

No real reason, just my stupid thought of maybe my system needed an upgrade. Maybe I will just get an SSD for now.

A 4GB 670 and 3570 is more than plenty for any game out there so really that's my best call is an SSD if you don't already have one. Pretty essential these days.

yea the ssd is the only thing worth getting with that setup, an i7 would be out of the $250 anyway.

If you're going to get an ssd, get an intel, samsung or crucial m series, they're the best drives for the money

No point in getting an i7.

I wouldn't get a Crucial right now, and the newer Intel's are too expensive and not really worth the hassle. Samsung, Corsair, Plextor for me.

why not a crucial? did I miss something? and generally theyre all too expensive, thats why I buy on black friday and boxing day, then take a holiday from purchasing any upgrades until the next year lol

You could get the SAmsung 120GB EVO for less than 100 bucks which to me is pretty cheap considering the performance.

Crucial IOPS and write speeds are too low IMO.
