Default choice

Looking at various brands, but used for casual gaming (w/650w PSU)

1. GTX 660 SC
2. GTX 760OC
3. R270x
4. GTX 750 ti

I thinking about the 660, but wanted to see some other thoughts.

Well out of all those the 760 wins the cake for me. Are you buying new? If so, just get a 960.

Not for me and wanting to keep price down as much as possible. Looking at referb's as a possibility as well.

Considering you have a 970 I didn't think it was for you. Just the 960 runs ridiculously cool and sips juice. I guess the best alternative would be a 750ti.

Nothing wrong with a 760 either. I wouldn't go as far back as the 660 though, better to keep up with the more modern cards imho.
