Any disadvantages of a dual dvi vs a dvi and subdvi port?

It says somebody recommends a 500wat power supply.

What exactly is powesupply? And is it easy to "upgrade" it on your computer?

How do I know how much "powersupply" my computer has?

Upgrading a power supply, is GENERALLY a cake-walk... matter of unscrewing 4 screws, and unplugging some cables, installation is reverse of removal.....

HOWEVER, some OEM's, (I am not sure if SONY VIAO falls into this catagory or not) use PROPRIETARY power supplies, meaning that you can't just go buy a 500W ATX PSU from the store, since they don't conform to the ATX/BTX standards.... The only option in this case is to either:

A: Get a larger capacity PSU from the OEM (likely a costly move)
B: Upgrading computer, but that would be a new motherboard & PSU.... also more costly that you would want to do...
