Default Cheap video card

Upgrading my backup/workdog PC to PCI-E from AGP and need a cheap Graphics card, The only real gaming it gets is when my nephew comes over and we have a slaughter fest (well him killing me mostly) but need a cheap GC for it, I only want to spend around $50 or so but want it to be able to play COD WAW and games like that at a decent smoothness, Right now I have a old 7200GS left over from someones upgrade and WAW is too choppy to play at it's lowest settings and no AA. almost wanted to try the on board Graphics it was so bad. Any how I was looking at this and wondered if there where other options for a close to as cheap price that could do what I need as this. - EVGA 512-P3-N954-TR GeForce 9500 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards $44 after MIR so cheap is good.

New system
NZXT Tempest 410 - I5-4670K - Asus Z87-Plus - SeaSonic SS-750KM3 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular PS
GPU MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G - CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB 1600 (2x8gig) - SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250 -Seagate Barracuda 3-TB

Antec 200 - I7-920 - ASUS P6T - Corsair TX650 it's old but still kicking like a mule
2-EVGA GTX 470 in SLI- ocz vertex 3 SSD 128 gig
Seagate Barracuda 1-TB - OCZ DDR3-1600 12 gigs 3x2
Keeps Me Happy

Default Re: Cheap video card

if you could bear spending 10$ (after MIR) more there is this: - SAPPHIRE 100248L Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

i think the 9500gt would struggle in those games even at moderate settings.
