You can get cheap ones from or

It depends on the type of laptop you want. A new one or a used one? Not all laptops are the same. For used ones, they can go as cheap as $50.00. If you're looking for a new laptop, you could probably go to a computer store and buy one. They should all be around the same price there. Many new laptops feature DVD-ROM drives as standard too.

Virtually every laptop made now-a-days has a dvd/cdrw drive, if not a full fledged dvd burner. Most retail stores offer the same selection for the same price.
