Default Cheap mATX w/ Integrated GFX, DDR2 Support LGA775

Any suggestions?

Cheapest is best, but I'd still like some decent performance (overclocking = must, even if its not good)

I don't need PCI-E slots, atleast 1 PCI...

but the 780G is AMD.
The intergated graphics could oc to a whooping 1000mhz on the 780G though.

If intel try the nvidia 7150 chipset.

Well he did say 775 too, but 780g is the best Integrated GPU out there period, I don't think Intel will release one that can beat it until g45's release
