does the case really matter that much? as long as everything fits?

I have extra fans and could always drill some holes if i need to into a cheap case..

The one i put up there comes in a combo w/ the psu

total cost is $629 I want to try and keep it under $700..... I can do 750-800 if im getting an amazing deal....

please critique my build and if you can build me a cheaper/better one

thanks allot.

You can clock the 720 to ridiculous heights, better than the 920. It will be great in games. I personally own that exact CPU/mobo combo and I love it.

You can sub in your case if you like. You will only need to up the PSU if you are thinking about doing Crossfire later, in which case you can grab a 750w Corsair and it will be cheaper than that 700w CM even after the discount with the case.

Agreed, more on the GPU less on the CPU. I would stick with 4GB RAM but get faster stuff, you should use SATA optical drives and IMO avoid Seagate HDDs. The case is important (the one you have selected is good) and you don't need a PSU that powerful.

The total comes to $607.92 after shipping, and you get 40 bucks back in MIRs.
