First off, a little about my PC uses. I will be using the PC for multimedia, internet, email, school work, and the likes. No intense 3d gaming and I don't plan to watch many movies on it. I have been looking into Dell E1505 and it looks good, but many have said it has screen problems with "leaking light"
Consumer Reports has listed the HP dv5000 as their #1 pick for a budget computer, and I see Circuit City has this one on sale this week.

Is this a good buy for what I will be using it for? I'm not familiar with AMD and have always used Intel, but if the price is right, I'll pick one of these up.
And also, I've tried to build my own PC on HP.com and they are MUCH more expensive.
Thanks for reading,
Jared.
