Case and power supply

I need a case and psu for under 100$ shipped to CA, US.

Well you should always try to stay away from PSUs that come with cases....

How many watts do you need?

Around 400watts or so, enough to power a 6600gt and components likewise.

Get one of the Antecs that come with a PSU. That will be the best that you can do for that budget. And Antecs are great PSU's anyway.

only generic cases and psu's are bad, antec, thermaltake, ocz are all good brands but the first 2 ship with quite a lot of cases to look out for them.

Generic PSU killed my last mobo and GPU.

I'll probably get the Thermaltake TR2 W0070 430W Power Supply once the 350w stops working.
