Xclio is not a reliable brand of PSU. Get this reliable, trusted brand instead:
Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX400-PN, RoHS, 12cm FAN, version 2.2, 2 SATA, 20+ 4 pin, PCI Express, 400W Power Supply - Retail

And for the case fan. One front intake and one rear exhaust, is ideal for air circulation.

I believe that case, already has a 120mm exhaust, and a 80mm intake.

Oh sorry about that. It's just that I haven't heard Xclio for their PSUs. But I saw it on newegg and it looks good. I've only known them for making those cases with the 25cm fans.

The Xclio 450BL is a very highly recommended PSU...As he stated Xclio do makes good PSU's.

The rails on that model are very solid, pretty much the same as the FSP 450w. The FSP offers 2 more Amps i think but i wouldn't pay 17 bucks more for 2 amps.

Back to the original question, your case will come with pretty decent fans to begin with but you could get better if you want.
