Default cas lat question

I just picked up a pair or xms2s and they're cas5

I was wondering if a pair of ocz platinum cas4s would be better than the cas 5s I just picked up

I can exchange them at anytime since their from a store

Cas4 is better than Cas5.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
