Default Carpc

Ok I have a 939 build laying around and also a q6600 build. I want to setup a carputer using this.
I have two visor screens that have RCA outputs. I want to have these cloned as the monitor. Also I wantthe audio from the computer to e the source for the headunit. How would I do this?
And would windows xp be the best? Fast boot is optimal

You can start by buying this:

Newegg.com - XFX HD-597A-CNB9 Radeon HD 5970 Black Edition 2GB 512 (256 x 2)-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

It'll add some pep to your drive.

Ve a full build I don't need a gfx card. I just need to know if I'd do a regular 120v to 12v converter
