Default card reader help

hi ive got a dell e310/3100 and is they a way to fit a card reader thanks if u can help

Does your case look like the one in the picture?
If so then yes, it looks like there is an empty 5.25" and 3.5" slot. I think most card readers are 3.5" (the smaller bay) so as long as you don't have something else in there, then you can put one in.
