I would say the first one. more ram but a little less clock speed. What do you want to do with it and what is your price range?

The HD 4670..

The 2600XT is a bit older and was used as a competitor for the 8600GT (which it still lost to)

the 4670 is a competitor to the 8800gs (also the 9600GSO, the rebranded version of the 8800gs)

If the 2600 used to compete with the 8600 GT's, you'd think that the 3600 series would outperform the 8600 GT's. But they didn't......... so much for "newer" tech.

The 4670 is an awesome performer.

But if you can afford to throw in another $15 or so. Then you should go with this card instead.
