i already RMA'd the MOBO and its not that, but i did get progress from the time i tried to boot with the last mobo. Before it wouldnt' turn on at all. Now i put an anti-static bag under it, and it turns on, and shuts down after about 20-30 seconds. And it does not have display on the monitor.
