can some one suggest a build for me:)

i have been here countless times asking for builds and i never seem to be able to go threw with them , something always seems to happen so sorry for that
But now, my pc finally quit on me so i need somethingnew. i dont need an os/keyboard ect. as for a budget i dont really have a set budget but roughly 600$ Canadian the only preference i have for it is i want it to be the strongest gaming pc on that sort of budget, other than that i am open for ideas

Is there anything you can salvage from your old computer? HDD, Optical Drive?
