I'm needing a new 500gb hard drive. Which is better?

If you can afford an extra few dollars consider this one:

Obviously its bigger but its also faster than the two WDs.

I guess what i want to know is ... do Cache and latency matter and which one is a better hard drive?

More cache the better, this one is fast and a good deal for the money:
