Default buying a new CPU - motherboard advice needed

i want to buy ATHLON 64 3000+ sck.939; which one of these motherboards you think is the best choice:

ABIT UL8 ULI M1689 Sck.939
Asrock 939 A8X-M Socket 939, Sound 7.1, dual channel, SATA
Asus A8S-X Socket 939,SiS756,S ATA, ATA ,PCI Express x16
MBO ASRock s939 NF4G-SATA2, VGA,mATX
MBO Asus s939 A8N5X,NF4,Ath64FX/AthX2/Ath64
