Default buying a new computer

So I got a 600 dollar budget but 100 is going to a monitor....so really $500. I was looking up on newegg and came across this Newegg.com - CyberpowerPC Gamer Infinity 6320 Core 2 Duo E8400(3.00GHz) 4GB DDR2 250GB Intel GMA 3100 Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit - Desktop PCs is it a good computer to get??? Also with that 420w power suppply will it handle a 9500gt?

Alright then so what do u guys suggest?? Building a computer wouldnt be to bad but a pre-built would be better..

I ended up getting a barebones kit that came with a xfx 630i mobo and I saw that some graphics card cover the SATA ports. I looked up some information about the motherboard and it said that a 8600gt should fit...Newegg.com - XFX PVT84JYAJG GeForce 8600 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards Would this work and how good is this card?

It would work but that card sucks..

Alright good thing i didnt get that card....I was looking up on newegg and came across this...Newegg.com - BFG Tech BFGE86256GTSOCE GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards...Should I order this instead.

If you find a use 7950gt or something, its way better than a lame-o 8600GTS
