well it depends what monitor you have...

and i thinkthe gainwards have a different hsf so you can get better oc results...

I think the iChill has some special heatsink as well, some Artic one

I would just go with the 7900GS 256mb since the resolution you'll play at won't be so harsh.

well... the 512mb is only $10 for double the ram... so get that..
