Where will I find the cheapest parts in Canada? Is it cheaper to order online or instore? Tigerdirect.ca looks pretty reasonable, any other good sites?

TigerDirect is alright... unless you actually think that you'll ever get a rebate from them.

There are several dealers listed here:
