Hi, I am going to buy parts to build a PC. I just would like to know if i have done everything right and got the right parts and all. Here are my specs

-Thermaltake VA8400BWS Armor Full Tower Case
AUD$275.00
-Antec Blue LCD 120mm Case Fan
AUD$35.00
-Pioneer DVR-212 8x/18x Dual Layer SATA DVD-RW - OEM
AUD$59.00
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 LGA775 CPU
AUD$355.00
-WD WD3200KS 320Gb 16MB SATA-II HDD
AUD$105.00
-Logitech LX710 Cordless Desktop Laser
LTLX710 AUD$109.00
-G.Skill 4GB-PQ (2x2GB) PC-6400 DDR2-800 RAM
AUD$399.00
-Samsung 226BW 22" 2ms LCD Display
AUD$499.00
-eVGA 122-CK-NF67-A1 nForce 680i SLI LGA775 ATX M/B
AUD $369.00
-Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium DVD 64Bit - OEM
AUD$189.00
-Inno3D 768MB GeForce 8800GTX SLI PCI-Ex
AUD$799.00
-Logitech X-530 5.1 Speaker System
LTX530 AUD$109.00
-Thermaltake Big Typhoon 120VX CPU Cooler
TTBIGTYP120VX AUD$89.00

I am in doubt of a few things so i might aswell ask.
-Do you think i need a better PSU?( the one in the thermaltake armor is 420w)
-Is my motherboard any good for overclocking the core2 quad?
-Is the thermaltake Big Typhoon good for overclocking the CPU (eg 2.4ghz stock to 3.2ghz(OC)?
-Because i have an SLI mobo would it be worth adding an 8600GTS? and would this make the gaming performance better by alot or minimal gain in performance?\
-Is 4GB necessary or would 2GB be more than enough? Or maybe 3GB?

This system will be used for the net and my my primary gaming console.
I will really appreciate you help. Thanks

why not get a gigabyte DS3R instead of that mobo better for overclocking
get the Tuniq tower cpu cooler much better for overclocking
no point spending extra money on another gfx card
and anyway 8600GTS is for photshop and normall applications not gaming
get the evga 8800GTX much better
for gaming get vista 32Bit
and Ram better have 4 so you dont have to upgrade later
the psu should be ok but wont last long you could get a silent 550 wat

i mean an 8800 GTX and 8600GTS in SLI mode, i am alredy definately going to get the 8800gtx but i was wondering if adding a 8600gts in sli with the 8800 would help, thats why i chose the 680i for dual gpus. I read this mobo is great for overclocking, not true?

it is ok but sli mode doesnt help much i dont think
the mobo i suggested will be able to handle the new intel 45NM cpus
and it is better than the mobo you asked
and i wouldnt spend extra money for sli
get the all in 1 DVD/CD-RW its alot better and sometimes
cheaper runs everything

here is what i suggest:

-Thermaltake VA8400BWS Armor Full Tower Case
AUD$275.00
-Antec Blue LCD 120mm Case Fan
AUD$35.00
-Pioneer DVR-212 8x/18x Dual Layer SATA DVD-RW - OEM
AUD$59.00
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 LGA775 CPU
AUD$355.00
-WD WD4000KS 400Gb 7200RPM 16Mb SATA-II HDD
AUD$169.00
-Logitech LX710 Cordless Desktop Laser
LTLX710 AUD$109.00
-G.Skill 2GB-NQ (2x1GB) PC-6400 DDR2-800 RAM
AUD$169.00
-Samsung 226BW 22" 2ms LCD Display
AUD$499.00
-Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R P35 LGA775 ATX M/B
AUD$219.00
-Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium DVD 64Bit - OEM
AUD$189.00
-eVGA 320MB GeForce 8800GTS PCI-Express V/C
AUD$459.00
-Logitech X-530 5.1 Speaker System
LTX530 AUD$109.00
-Zalman CNPS9500LED Copper CPU Cooler
AUD$75.00
-Corsair HX-520 520W ATX Power Supply
AUD$179.00

that looks pretty good to me
saved a few hundred
and seems to me a bit better
thats a total of 2900AUD
and the one you suggested was 4341AUDso you save 1441AUD
get yourself some games, a CD-RW also
and other stuff you want
like a good sound card

i think so
i think it is one of the best around
but i prefer the tuniq tower but that shop doesnt sell
the tuniq is the best cpu cooler around for overclocking

Everything looks fine. You can get the P35C-DS3R if you're planning to run SLi since it comes with 2 PCI-e slots as well. Or maybe you might want the P5b/P5k Deluxe. Vista Home Premium 64bit isn't really necessary since most people rather use the 32bit version. You can save some money through that and also, for the RAM's, Crucial Ballistix would be a better choice.
