ANd what do you mean tinker with timings in BIOS and voltage how do i do that what happens if it goes wrong?

I see you have listed a DVD-RW and a CD-RW drive. You don't really need the CD-RW drive, as the DVD-RW drive is capable of writing to DVD's and CD's. If you MUST have a 2nd optical drive, just get a DVD Rom.
