I've just start year 10 and i know vb, html and learning assembly code, c and matlab.

...and my dad knows 6 different types of assembly language, VB, QB, and almost every variant of C and Java, and he blew up my computer in 1 measly minute. There's a thick line between hardware intelligence and software intelligence.

I see you have listed a DVD-RW and a CD-RW drive. You don't really need the CD-RW drive, as the DVD-RW drive is capable of writing to DVD's and CD's. If you MUST have a 2nd optical drive, just get a DVD Rom.
