Building a new PC hopefully on a budget.

Hey everyone, I am in the process of gathering collective information to build a new PC. My current PC is about 4 years old and the only thing I have changed is putting a new video card specifically

Visiontek 900300 Radeon HD 5770 Video Card - 1GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 2.0, CrossFireX Ready, DVI, Display Port, HDMI at TigerDirect.com

ATI Radeon 5770 HD.

I can provide some additional specs later including my exact PC.

I am looking to build from bottom up and hopefully keep the video card I currently have.

My budget ideally would be 500-750$ USD but a max of 1000$.

This PC will mainly be used for gaming (Diablo III specifically)
